Additional Requirements for Applicants with Gap Year

Applicants who have taken a gap year or who have not enrolled in any educational institution for one (1) academic year or more after completing Senior High School.

The requirements below must be submitted in addition to the standard admission requirements:

  1. Affidavit of Non-Enrolment – A notarized statement confirming that the applicant has not been officially enrolled in any college or university during the gap year.
  2. Barangay Clearance – Required in lieu thereof if more than two (2) years have passed since graduation.

LAIC reserves the right to require additional supporting documents or interviews, particularly if the applicant engaged in employment, training, or other formal activities during the gap year. Admission remains subject to the availability of slots, fulfillment of academic standards, and compliance with institutional policies.
