Basic Requirements for Freshman Applicants

Freshman applicants are those who are currently enrolled in Grade 12 or have completed secondary education under the K-12 Basic Education Program or its equivalent. 

To be considered for admission, the following requirements must be fulfilled upon application:

  1. Accomplished Application Form.
  2. PSA(NSO)-issued Birth Certificate
  3. Grades 11 Report Card with GPA and Deportment Grades
  4. Certificate of Eligibility to Enroll in College from the last Senior High School attended (if applicable)
