Welcome to campus! This is your go-to cheat sheet for getting plugged in fast. From email and learning portals to file storage and support services — everything you need to survive (and thrive) is right here. Let’s get you set up like a pro.

Before Your Arrival

  • Google Workspace Account—You will be given an official Gmail account, and your login credentials will be sent to your personal email that you used to apply with us.
  • Edusuite SIS—Edusuite is our Student Information System, where you can view your class schedules, academic records, and grades and submit enrollment-related requests.

Before Classes Start

  • Canvas LMS Access—Canvas is the official Learning Management System (LMS) where you'll access course materials, submit assignments, take quizzes, and communicate with your instructors. Access will be granted before the term begins.

Campus Life

  • Opals ILS—Opals is our library system. Use it to search for books, reserve materials, check borrowing history, and access online academic resources from anywhere.

Getting Help

  • Get Help—If you encounter issues with your account, logins, or platforms like Canvas or Edusuite, visit our help center: laicollege.edu.ph/get-help

Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

  • Canvas Student—View and manage courses, assignments, announcements, and grades.
  • Edusuite—Access your student profile, check schedules and grades, and submit requests easily from your mobile device.
