How to use the Conference Equipment

1. To Turn On, the device needs to be plugged in and it will automatically turn on. You will see that the ring around the lens will have a green light. Signaling that it is on and unmuted, if it is muted, the light will turn Red.

Changing the Camera Mode

1. The view of the camera can also be adjusted. On the remote of the camera, there is a green button to change the types of views. AI mode, Speaker Following Mode, or Manual Mode.
   1. Manual Mode - This mode is where you can manually adjust the view of the camera. The arrow keys can be used to modify the view. Left and Bight to Pan the Camera, Up and Down buttons to zoom in and out.
   2. Speaker Following Mode - This is a feature of the device to focus on who the main speaker is based on the pick-up of the microphones
2. AI Mode - Focuses more on the speaker to give the face-to-face experience when talking to someone

Using the Microphone

1. Charging the Microphones - Along with the conference equipment are the external microphones and its charger. The charger is a long rectangular device with 4 magnetic docks along the side  for the external microphones and  that can be connected with a Type-C cable underneath to a power source (USB adapter to a power port, or directly to the TV) to charge.

Muting and Unmuting the Microphone

1. To Mute the Microphone, simply tap the Mic icon on the External Microphone and you should get an audio prompt from the conference equipment to say if it is muted or unmuted. The color of the ring around the camera should change to green if it is unmuted, and red if it is muted. 
2. Alternatively, on the remote that comes with the conference equipment, there is a red button with the mute symbol, this can be used to mute the microphone as well.
