- To turn on the device, make sure it is plugged in—it will power on automatically. A green ring around the lens indicates that the device is on and unmuted. If the device is muted, the ring will turn red.
- The view of the camera can also be adjusted. On the remote of the camera, there is a green button to change the types of views: AI mode, Speaker Following Mode, or Manual Mode.
- Manual Mode: This mode is where you can manually adjust the view of the camera. The arrow keys can be used to modify the view. Left and Bight to Pan the Camera, Up and Down buttons to zoom in and out.
- Speaker Following Mode: This mode zooms in on whoever is speaking into the microphone.
- AI Mode: This mode automatically focuses on the speaker, mimicking a face-to-face experience.
- Included with the conference equipment are the external microphones and their charger. The charger is a long rectangular device with four magnetic docks along the side for the microphones. It connects to a power source via a USB-C cable located underneath—either through a USB adapter plugged into a power outlet or directly into the TV.
- To mute the external microphone, simply tap the mic icon on the device. You’ll hear an audio prompt from the conference system confirming whether the microphone is muted or unmuted. The ring around the camera will glow green.
- Alternatively, you can use the remote that comes with the conference equipment—press the red button with the mute symbol to mute or unmute the microphone.

How to Join a Zoom Meeting
- Open the “Zoom” app on the E-Board and press “join meeting.”
- Input the Zoom Meeting ID and the password afterward.
- If you want to make use of the E-Board’s conferencing equipment, such as the camera and microphone, connect your device using Bytello.
- On the Bytello app menu, press “device sync,” prompting a menu where you can select which conferencing equipment to use.
How To Annotate While Someone Is Sharing Their Screen
- As the user sharing your screen in Zoom, the toolbar should have an annotate button that you can use to mark the screen being shared.
- As a viewer, there will be an icon of a pen inside a circle on the lower left, which will bring out the toolbar for annotating.
